I am a Year 8 student at Saint Pius X Catholic School in Auckland, New Zealand. I am in the SPX Nu'u Learning Space and my teachers are Mrs Tui and Mrs Lauchlan.
Today I learned how to subtract fractions with the same denominator .
Example: 9/20 +10/20 so you just add both of the top numbers , the top numbers are called the numerator so I added it up 9 + 10= 19 so the answer is 19/20 .
